Information and Costs

Our typical party itinerary is as follows; a walk leading your own alpacas, feeding the alpacas in their paddocks followed by drinks and a picnic in the rustic barn. We can hold parties any day and our standard timeslots are either 12 noon or 4pm (the late afternoon slot is for the summer only), if you require a different timeslot please call to discuss.

We can provide food for your party or you can bring your own picnic food. The barn is setup to cater for up-to 12 children with ample seating for adults too.

As an optional extra we can also provide a goodie bag for each child which consists of a sample of fleece from the alpaca walked, edible alpaca poo (chocolate covered raisins), an alpaca themed gift and a homemade alpaca biscuit. We also provide fruit squash/water, tea and coffee during the picnic.

There’s no age limit for our parties, we leave it to the discretion of the accompanying adults but do advise younger children have an adult walking with them during the trek.

As a minimum one adult must attend the trek to supervise the children, and this is included in the price.

There is an additional cost for any adults that want to walk with the children and feed the alpacas (£15) but there is no cost if an adult wants to attend to help with setup and take photos. If any adult wants to walk their own alpaca then the cost is £20.

We require a £50 deposit payable by bank transfer with the balance payable on the day by cash, card or bank transfer.
